How to Request a Transcript

Official Lackawanna College transcripts are requested online through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Click on Order a Transcript and simply follow the step-by-step instructions listed. Please have the correct recipient/receiver’s email address available for the electronic order delivery.

Or

Students that attended the Police Academy or Paramedic Program, please email registrar@lackawanna.edu for transcript ordering instructions. 

NOTE: Transcript requests will not be processed if a financial and/or administrative hold is on record.

Enrollment & Degree Verification

Transfer Credit Policy

Before a student can be considered for transfer evaluation, they must apply to the College as a matriculating student. The student must then request that the official transcripts be forward to the Registrar’s Office. Lackawanna College’s transfer policy requires that all transfer credits completed before initial enrollment be submitted no later than the official start date of the student’s first semester. Previous coursework will be evaluated by the Registrar in direct relation to the student’s declared major.

Lackawanna College adheres to FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974) guidelines regarding the release of student records. The Registrar’s Office full FERPA and records policy is available in the Catalog.
