The Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC) is the manufacturing industry’s leading training, assessment and certification system. Our certified production technician course is designed to educate students with the knowledge, experience and high level of skill necessary to enter the manufacturing field fully equipped for career success.

Lackawanna’s program is ideal for students with limited or no prior knowledge of manufacturing who are nonetheless interested in pursuing a career in the manufacturing field.

The MSSC certified production technician course at Lackawanna College is online. With a tuition cost of $3,000, students will receive a total of 100 hours of education over 12 weeks.
