Lackawanna’s Information Management Technician professional certification program instills in students the necessary knowledge to prepare for Microsoft Office certification exams in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The program will also prepare students for the QuickBooks certification exam, which is held on-site or can be offered remotely.

The Course Work

Lackawanna College’s Information Management Technician professional certification program is affordable and trains students to enter the workforce prepared for an office setting. The 1,200-hour program costs $21,420 and runs for 48 weeks. after which a one-year certificate is rewarded.

The program’s course schedule is as follows:
