    409 on Adams

    A One-of-a-Kind Fine Dining Experience

    Located in downtown Scranton, 409 on Adams is the student-run restaurant at the Kiesendahl School of Hospitality at Lackawanna College. Operated and managed by culinary and hospitality students, the restaurant serves as an instructional environment, providing students with real-world experience.

    Under the observation of chef instructors, students prepare modern and classical menus, manage inventory, create beverage menus, hire staff and create exceptional guest experiences. Each dining experience promises new, bold cuisines and styles along with a selection of beer, wine and specially crafted cocktail selections to pair with creative menus.
