Hi, my name is Philip Palmiter from Old Forge. I am a sophomore here at Lackawanna College in the culinary program. Today I’m going to show you how to make our feature drink, the coal cracker.
How to start this is we get a shaker; we fill it up with ice. We got about 5 ounces here of gin. A half ounce of neutral wine apertif. Right into the shaker. Another half ounce of a lemon, basil syrup. Give that a shake. About 2 teaspoons of coal candy. Then pour the mixture right over the coal.
