Free parking spaces are available directly behind Angeli Hall, 501 Vine Street, and the student lot is accessible from North Washington Avenue.

Additionally, the College has opened a second parking lot in the 500 block of Wyoming Avenue to help alleviate congestion at our main campus.

Other free parking spaces and meter parking are available near almost all main campus buildings in Scranton. However, as an urban campus with close proximity to the city’s downtown, those spaces are available on a first come, first-served basis.

    Resident students

Beginning with the Fall 2015 semester, new resident students will not be permitted to bring a car to campus unless they find alternate, off-campus parking arrangements on their own in downtown Scranton.

Resident students with 30 or more credits earned at Lackawanna College and a GPA of 2.75 or better may be granted a parking permit. Interested students should contact the Department of Public Safety within the first two weeks of the semester.
