Scholars Recognized At Lackawanna College Awards Night

SCRANTON - Lackawanna College administration, faculty and the Board of Trustees recognized over 90 students for academic excellence on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 in the Theater.

The night began with 74 students being inducted into Phi Theta Kappa.   Phi Theta Kappa is the international honor society of two-year colleges and academic programs. It has more than 2 million members in more than 1,250 chapters worldwide.  Professor Thomas Musevich and Dr. Jill Murray, Vice President for Academic Affairs, inducted the students.
