Community Concerts at Lackawanna College

Community Concerts (CC@LC) has been presenting the performing arts for over eighty years, and was recently “adopted” by Lackawanna College. Primarily utilizing the Theater, CC@LC offers an annual concert series to the public and the college community. Subscriptions and single tickets for performances are available.

In this era of difficult economic times, it is unfortunate that many arts organizations nationwide have struggled financially. When Lackawanna College learned of Community Concerts’ own struggles, an arrangement was made to support its mission under its college umbrella, while allowing Community Concerts to retain its identity, its subscribers and artistic excellence. It also allows opportunity for the college’s community access to live, musical performances, while subscribers now have additional access to other college sponsored lectures and related presentations.

When you make a gift to Community Concerts at Lackawanna College, you are providing necessary support of artistic programming fees, technical assistance, educational workshops and other expenses associated with quality performances. You can become a member, sponsor a concert, or even underwrite the cost of tickets for students and families.
