PSY 210 Psychology of Adjustment Course Objectives

  1. To study the historical and philosophical foundations of human behavior.
  2. To investigate life-span adjustment.
  3. To study the nature, effects, and management of stress.
  4. To study effective coping methods and maladaptive behavior.
  5. To investigate interpersonal and social aspects of adjustment.
  6. To study interpersonal patterns of behavior, including love, marriage, sexual attitudes, and behavior.
