The student will be able to:

- Set up preferences in Quickbooks.
- Set up income and expense accounts.
- Edit the chart of accounts.
- Work with customer, job, employee, and vendor lists.
- Add custom fields.
- Write checks using Quickbooks.
- Use bank account registers and enter handwritten checks.
- Work with asset and liability accounts.
- Use sales forms.
- Record customer payments.
- Make deposits and handle bills in Quickbooks.
- Enter and pay bills.
- Set up payroll.
- Write paychecks.
- Track tax liabilities and pay payroll taxes.
