SD 100 The Freshman Experience Course Objectives 

SD 100 students should:

1. Become familiar with and contribute to a strong support system for students at Lackawanna College.
2. Help to develop a positive learning environment.
3. Be prepared to assist students academically and socially by becoming peer mentors.
4. Develop self-sufficiency and self-advocacy.
5. Understand the importance of and contribute time and talent to community service initiatives.
