Students will learn:

1. General information concerning real estate.
2. Various ways in which real estate is held.
3. How to prepare a real estate agreement and a lease agreement for real estate.
4. How to prepare a deed, mortgage, and related documents.
5. How to perform a title search.
6. The closing process and/or settlement for the purchase of real estate.
7. Why surveys and legal descriptions are important.
8. In addition to the above information, the different processes which are involved in the buying and selling of real estate.
