The LA 112 student will learn:

5. How criminal and civil law come into play in business.
6. The function of contract law and the elements of a valid contract.
7. Contract violations and their penalties.
8. The meaning of consideration and the factors that may make genuine assent impossible.
9. The remedies available to individuals and businesses in connection with contract disputes.
