ATN 125 Basic Print Reading Course Objectives:

Upon completion of ATN125, the student will be able to:

1. Understand ANSI and SI Metric drafting symbols and terminology.
2. Interpret manufacturing notes.
3. Read mechanical prints.
4. Read electrical and electronic schematics.
5. Prepare CAD (Computer Assisted Design) drawings.
6. Understand ISO, AWS, and ASME standards.
7. Prepare logic diagrams.
8. Sketch simple designs.
