The Falcon Ambassadors, in collaboration with the Dean of Student’s office, will connect students through enhanced communications of policies and procedures and also collaborate with Admissions in giving campus tours. Our Falcon Ambassador program will also enhance our relationship with the surrounding community through continued community service initiatives. The organization is comprised of students that are involved in all aspects around campus who come together to serve as hardworking representatives for the Dean of Students Office.
The program is lead by a Falcon Ambassadors Board (FAB). Board members must be in good standing on campus, have a 2.3 GPA or higher, have completed one semester, and possess strong leadership skills. Students then submitted a letter of interest and two letters of recommendation before participating in a formal interview.
Supporting the board members are our Falcon Ambassadors, who are equally critical to the success of our program. A Falcon Ambassador must be in good standing, have a desire to make a difference at Lackawanna College, and participate at a minimum of two events per semester in order to connect fellow students to the Lackawanna College community.
