Community Service

The Lackawanna College Falcons football program is proud to have won over 100 games in Head Coach Mark Duda’s tenure. The team is not only winning on the field but in the community. Falcon’s football players and coaches are giving back to the city of Scranton and volunteering our time to help the community.

The Falcons football team recently has joined the Neighborhood Pride Initiative organized by Lackawanna County by helping clean up vacant lots and keeping our area looking great. The Lackawanna College football team also partnered up with Sister Mary Alice Jacquinot for the Friends of the Poor at Holy Family Church. Falcon’s players helped unload truckloads full of food to feed over 1300 families in our area. Head Coach Mark Duda recently supported former Lackawanna College graduate Donnie Jackson-Bey at a press conference where Donnie was named Head Coach of a local Semi-Professional football team.

Please keep checking back to see new photos and the latest work by our football players in the community.
