From Upstate New York:

Take Interstate 90 West to exit 6, I-481S. Follow I-481 to exit 16A, bear left onto I-81S. Follow I-81S to exit 185, Central Scranton Expressway. This is a long ramp. The ramp will come to a fork. Bear left, towards downtown Scranton. Get in the right lane for Jefferson Avenue. Follow Jefferson through a total of 3 traffic lights. The 4th traffic light is the corner of Jefferson Avenue and Vine Street. Turn left onto Vine Street. Go straight through the first light. Lackawanna College is on your immediate right.

From the Holland Tunnel, New York City and Northern New Jersey:

Go South on Holland Tunnel (portions toll) to New Jersey. Go West on Holland Tunnel, to local road. Go south on local road to NJ Turnpike Extension (I-78). Go Northwest on NJ Turnpike Extension (I-78) to New Jersey Turnpike Exit 58. Go Northeast on New Jersey Turnpike to I-280 (exit 15). Go Northwest on I-280 to I-80 West. Follow I-80 West into Pennsylvania. Merge from I-80 West onto I-380 North towards Scranton (exit 45A). Follow I-380 to I-81S. Follow I-81S to exit 185, Central Scranton Expressway. This is a long ramp. The ramp will come to a fork. Bear left, towards downtown Scranton. Get in the right lane for Jefferson Avenue. Follow Jefferson through a total of 3 traffic lights. The 4th traffic light is the corner of Jefferson Avenue and Vine Street. Turn left onto Vine Street. Go straight through the first light. Lackawanna College is on your immediate right.

From Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey:

Pick up I-676 West to I-76 West. (Go west on I-76 towards Norristown to I-476 North (exit 28). Follow I-476 North (476 is the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike) through Allentown to Wyoming Valley Exit 115. Follow I-81N to exit 185, Central Scranton Expressway. This is a long ramp. The ramp will come to a fork. Bear left, towards downtown Scranton. Get in the right lane for Jefferson Avenue. Follow Jefferson through a total of 3 traffic lights. The 4th traffic light is the corner of Jefferson Avenue and Vine Street. Turn left onto Vine Street. Go straight through the first light. Lackawanna College is on your immediate right.

From Pittsburgh and Western PA:

Pickup I-80 East. Follow I-80 East to I-81N (exit 38A). Follow I-81N to exit 185, Central Scranton Expressway. This is a long ramp. The ramp will come to a fork. Bear left, towards downtown Scranton. Get in the right lane for Jefferson Avenue. Follow Jefferson through a total of 3 traffic lights. The 4th traffic light is the corner of Jefferson Avenue and Vine Street. Turn left onto Vine Street. Go straight through the first light. Lackawanna College is on your immediate right.

From Harrisburg, Maryland and points south:

Follow I-83 North to I-81North. Follow I-81N to exit 185, Central Scranton Expressway. This is a long ramp. The ramp will come to a fork. Bear left, towards downtown Scranton. Get in the right lane for Jefferson Avenue. Follow Jefferson through a total of 3 traffic lights. The 4th traffic light is the corner of Jefferson Avenue and Vine Street. Turn left onto Vine Street. Go straight through the first light. Lackawanna College is on your immediate right.

If coming from East or West on Interstate 80, take exit 260 to Interstate 81 South. Follow directions below.

From Interstate 81 take the PA-924 N exit - EXIT 143 - toward HAZLETON. Turn onto PA-924 N for 2.2 miles. Merge by slight right turn onto PA-93 / W BROAD ST. Proceed south for approximately 1 Mile (8 Blocks). Lackawanna College is on the left at the corner of East Broad and Cedar Streets

From Upstate New York:

Take I-81S. Take the PA-107 exit- EXIT 202- toward TOMPKINSVILLE / FLEETVILLE. Turn LEFT onto BENTON RD / PA-107. Continue to follow PA-107. Merge onto US-6 E via the ramp on the LEFT toward CARBONDALE. Follow US-6 E through Honesdale and Hawley. End at Hawley Silk Mill on left.

From New York City:

Take the LINCOLN TUNNEL ramp. Merge onto I-495 W. I-495 W becomes NJ-495 W Merge onto NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE S / I-95 S via the exit on the LEFT toward I-280 / NEWARK / I-78 (Portions toll). Merge onto I-280 W via EXIT 15W toward NEWARK / KEARNY (Portions toll). Take the I-80 W exit on the LEFT toward DOVER / DEL WATER GAP. Merge onto I-80 EXPRESS LN W. I-80 EXPRESS LN W becomes I-80 W. Merge onto NJ-15 N via EXIT 34B toward JEFFERSON / SPARTA. NJ-15 N becomes US-206 (Portions toll). Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto US-209 / FEDERAL RD. Continue to follow US-209. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto W HARTFORD ST / US-6. Continue to follow US-6. Merge onto I-84 W. Take the PA-402 exit- EXIT 30- toward PORTERS LAKE / BLOOMING GROVE. Turn RIGHT onto PA-402. Turn LEFT onto US-6 / GRAND ARMY OF THE REPUBLIC HWY. Continue to follow US-6. End at Hawley Silk Mill on right.

From Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre:

Merge onto I-476 N toward ALLENTOWN / EXITS 31 - 131 (Portions toll). Merge onto PA-315 N via EXIT 115 toward I-81 N / SCRANTON. Merge onto I-81 N. Take exit 187 to merge onto I-380 S/I-84 E toward Mt Pocono. Continue to follow I-84 E Take exit 8 for PA-247 toward PA-348/Mt Cobb/Hamlin Turn left at PA-247 N Turn right at PA-348 E/Mt Cobb Rd Turn left at PA-590 E/Hamlin Hwy. Continue to follow PA-590 E Turn left at PA-590 E/US-6 W End at Hawley Silk Mill on right.

From Pittsburgh and Western PA:

Merge onto I-80 E. Merge onto I-81 N via EXIT 260B on the LEFT toward WILKES-BARRE. Take exit 187 to merge onto I-380 S/I-84 E toward Mt Pocono. Continue to follow I-84 E Take exit 8 for PA-247 toward PA-348/Mt Cobb/Hamlin Turn left at PA-247 N Turn right at PA-348 E/Mt Cobb Rd Turn left at PA-590 E/Hamlin Hwy. Continue to follow PA-590 E Turn left at PA-590 E/US-6 W End at Hawley Silk Mill on right.

Merge onto I-81 N toward HAZLETON / ALLENTOWN. Take exit 187 to merge onto I-380 S/I-84 E toward Mt Pocono. Continue to follow I-84 E Take exit 8 for PA-247 toward PA-348/Mt Cobb/Hamlin Turn left at PA-247 N Turn right at PA-348 E/Mt Cobb Rd Turn left at PA-590 E/Hamlin Hwy. Continue to follow PA-590 E Turn left at PA-590 E/US-6 W End at Hawley Silk Mill on right.

From Scranton (Interstate 81):

Merge onto I-81 N toward Binghamton. Take exit 223 toward Montrose/New Milford Turn left onto PA 492. Turn right onto Main Street (US-11) and end at 266 Main Street.

FROM - WILLIAMSPORT

Take Route 15 North to Trout Run. Take the Route 14 exit to Canton PA. In Canton turn right at the light onto SR 414. Follow the signs to Towanda (25 miles). Take the Route 6 East exit from Route 220 and follow that road to the light in Towanda. Go straight through the light and take the first right turn. Go to end of street and turn right into parking lot of the Progress Building.

FROM – SCRANTON

Take Route 6 West to Towanda (65 miles). When you cross the river bridge in Towanda, turn right onto Main Street. Take the first right turn. Turn right at the end of the street into the parking lot of the Progress Building.

FROM – WILKES-BARRE

Take Route 309 North to Route 29 to Tunkhannock. Turn left onto Route 6 West and follow the directions from Scranton above. It is 38 miles from Tunkhannock.

FROM – MANSFIELD

Take Route 6 East to Towanda. Go straight through the town to the second light. Continue on Main Street for two blocks. Turn left on Elizabeth Street and at the end of the street, turn right into the parking lot of the Progress Building.

FROM – ELMIRA- CORNING

Take Route 17 East to the Sayre exit. Take Route 220 South to Towanda PA (20 miles). Turn left onto Route 6 East and drive through the town of Towanda. Follow the directions from Mansfield above.

NOTE: Lackawanna College in Towanda is located on the ground floor of One Progress Plaza in Towanda. The Progress Building is a new three-story glass and brick structure on the corner of Franklin and Main Streets. 570.265.3449. Towanda is located at the intersection of Route 6 and Route 220 on the Susquehanna River.
